Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin are Studio Formafantasma, the designers’ duo based in Amsterdam. They have developed a coherent body of work characterized by experimental material investigations and explored such issues as the relationship between tradition and local culture, critical approaches to sustainability and the role of objects as cultural conduits. Recently esteemed as the designers of the future by the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
